Elly watching the fireworks in Pocatello with Grandpa Burdick

Last year, Carter loved sparklers. This year, he would have nothing to do with them.

Elly watching the Burdick family firework show in Bennington.

Jimmy (aka pyromaniac) and the kids lighting fireworks.

There's nothing like a roasted mallow!

Carter and cousin Taygen playing in the tent trampoline. This tent fits right over the trampoline and is so cool.

Elly and Grandma Burdick watching the parade in Paris.

Me and my baby brother, Ben.

Jimmy and baby Maggie. Isn't she so sweet?

Me and sil Lara. Twinners without meaning to be(:

Elly slept through most of the parade. Sunggling with my mom.

All the kiddos anxiously awaiting the next piece of candy.

Our fam.

A few other random photos... sorry for the extra long post! My computer is super fast at loading pictures now, so I couldn't help myself!
My motorcycle burn. This thing hurt so bad for a good 2 weeks and I still have a dandy scar on my leg. That will teach me to wear shorts on a motorcycle!

Elly's first piggies. Her hair is finally long enough I can pull a few hairs into elastics. She rips them out right away, though!

Cute girl

Carter and Elly checking out baby Tommy. My friend, Nancy stopped by to visit with her adorable little boy.

Shelby, Elly and McKenna (hiding). The princesses in the tower waiting to be rescued.

The Mighty Knights. Grandpa Burdick bought them all helmets and swords. They didn't last long before someone was crying, but they looked pretty cute.

These 5 cousins were all born within just a few months of each other. We took this picture at the lake summer 2007. (I stole this off Emily's facebook page, not sure why it is so small.)

Same 5 cousins in the same order, 3 years later. Youngest to oldest: Taygen, Treyson, Mason, Carter, Logan.

Thanks for enduring! And if your fingers aren't too tired from scrolling, see next post for pictures of our kitchen remodel! (:

I love the 4th of July family photo. So cute. I love Elly's little piggy tails. Your kids are adorable.
OUCH! What a burn... that looks like it hurts A LOT.
Looks like fun & I love the new kitchen! I bet it feels like a different house all together! I have to tell you, I'm not sure about that deep blue & yellow though, I'm thinkin' another deep earthy color or black. You should have Rachel help you, she's good at that stuff, fact she could probably help you sew your own! Whatever you do, I'm sure you'll love it more than teddy bears! :)
Your kids are so cute! About the garden--no worries! I have figured out that the way the garden turns out is pretty fickle depending on the weather, my health and my time. This year all three just happened to work :) I do still work 2-3 days a week. Sometimes I love my job, sometimes I hate it. I'm currently in the love phase, but that could change at any time :) How about you?
