May 26, 2009- Celebrating 4 years with the man of my dreams.
It has been tradition to try and go to the temple on or around our anniversary every year. (And hopefully in between, too) This year we decided to take a little trip to Salt Lake. My mom kept the kids for us, and we got a killer deal on Priceline for a nice hotel room. We went to the temple and ate at Rodizios. It's always nice to have a getaway. The Salt Lake temple is so awesome. It amazes me how much intricate detail there is everywhere. When we came outside of the temple, an older guy asked Jimmy if he was getting ready to go on a mission.(: I told him that it was our anniversary. He said, "Your first?"
He was shocked when I told him it was our fourth. He would have been even more shocked to know that both of these cute little munchkins are ours. A lot can happen in four years!

Hey sounds like you had an awesome time! I also love the Salt Lake Temple AND Rodijios! Will and I have been there once and he is pretty much in love with the place. He is pretty much a meat-a-terian so it fits him perfectly to get to try all that different meat. Happy Anniversary! You have a beautiful family!
WOw, can you believe it 4 years! And look at what has happened? You've made two beautiful kids. They look so stinken cute there together, and Elly and her little hat. Or as Matt would say, "Cuter than crap." which I don't know why he even says that it's a little obsurd. Anyway you forget about that day a little until you bring out the pictures, and I remember how beautiful you looked that day. You were soo happy, and in the photo it shows. Anyway congrats on the anniversary, glad you guys find the time to share it with eachother and do something meaningful, that sounds like a great night.

Happy Anniversary! Sounds like you had a nice weekend. I've been wanting to go to the SLC temple forever, but we always get so busy with all our family down there that we never get time! One of these days!

I love your wedding pic. you looked sooo pretty. Sometimes it's still hard for me to believe that we are old enough to be married and have kids. Time goes by too fast.
Congrats!! We just celebrated our 4th as well. I remember that I went through the temple the same day as you, but you guys got married a few weeks before us. Well, hope it was great!
