Taygen and Gage came to play with Carter last week. Carter loves to have other little kids to play with. Mom gets pretty boring. I had another NST today. My doctor was out of town, so I had to do it in Labor and Delivery. When I first got there my blood pressure was 165/111-- that is really scary high for me. But after laying there, it gradually dropped back down, and by the end of 2 hours of monitoring it was back to normal. The scary part was, I didn't feel wierd or anything. The doctor says I need to be really careful and make sure I go in right away if I have any wierd headaches or vision changes. He said he thinks I'll probably be having this baby within the week, but I feel like they've been telling me that for the last 3 weeks! I'll see my doctor on Thursday and hopefully we'll have more of a game plan then. (Just a little side note: There were 2 babies born while I was there, and one girl obviously didn't get an epidural. She was screaming in agony for a half hour-- But, it was fun to hear the newborn baby cry at the end of it.)

oh, babies are so exciting!! I am glad everything was okay. I never felt any diff. when my BP was high either, I just swelled up. Be careful!!
I can't believe you might have it that soon! I hope you let me know as soon as you can! I want to come visit you! I will be in IF this week, but not again until New Year's so I want to sqeeze a visit in there somewhere!
I had to get NST's the last 3 weeks of my pregnancy. I don't know why because nothing was ever wrong. I think they were just being careful because I had two in there. But driving to Pocy once a week and then having those scratchy things on your already itchy belly was soooo uncomfortable. Sorry you are going through all of that. Hopefully your next post will be of a healty baby girl and mommy. (Yikes about the lady with no epidural)

Heather and Jim, Thanks for letting Taygen stay and play with Carter during our appt. They play together SO CUTE! Taygen LOVES playing there! You REALLY need to let us keep Carter for a few days after the little one is born! Taygen will LOVE it! (So plan on it! K) Love ya
P.S. Thanks for coming over Sunday! It was so much fun to hang out again! We don't get together near enough!
